Our Story

Founded in 2014 in Melbourne, thicket-dive began with a simple observation: job seekers and employers were struggling to find each other, despite being perfect matches. Traditional recruitment felt transactional, focusing on filling positions rather than building careers.

We set out to change that. Our founders, both experienced HR professionals, believed that meaningful employment comes from understanding people as individuals, not just reviewing resumes. Today, that philosophy drives everything we do.
