Fees for our services are as listed on our website at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel a scheduled service with a full refund if notice is provided more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No refunds are available for missed appointments without prior notice.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns or provide a partial refund at our discretion.
